Battery Meter GW Instek GBM-3300

GW Instek has recently launched a new series of desktop battery testers, the GBM-3000 series. The GBM-3300 and GBM-3080 models use an AC 1kHz test signal to measure the voltage and internal resistance of batteries up to 300V and 80V respectively. The series features a 3.5" TFT LCD, 4-wire measurement method, high-resolution measurement display capability of up to 6-digit voltage and 5-digit resistance, and independent GO/NOGO determination of voltage and resistance.

The GBM-3000 series provides excellent features for various types of batteries in measuring open circuit voltage and resistance. The series offers accurate voltage measurements with an accuracy of ± (0.01% reading + 3 digits) and a resolution of up to 10V (at 8V). Resistance measurements have an accuracy of ± (0.5% reading + 5 digits) and a resolution of 0.1 (at 3m), making it ideal for sorting single cell measurements and achieving a better output balance for series and parallel connections. The GBM-3000 series also features HI/LO determination based on voltage and resistance, and can be switched to the simple (big numerical display) mode.

In addition to its measurement capabilities, the GBM-3000 series also provides a number of functions to ensure effectiveness and convenience. The series includes a test lead (probe) contact status detection function to ensure the validity of the measured value. Users can also choose between two data storage methods (up to 10,000 lots of measurement values): "General storage" only stores the measured voltage and resistance values and "statistical storage" has related parameters for statistical analysis.

Users can transfer the stored data from the internal memory to the computer via flash drive for subsequent analysis without being limited.
