If you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason within 30 days of receiving your products, we are more than happy to arrange the return of your products in line with our terms and conditions.

If you are returning a product that you ordered in error, you can return this immediately to the address below (you need to pre-pay postage and a processing charge will apply).

It is your responsibility to make sure the items are securely packaged, labelled and transported in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations (including those relating to the transport of hazardous materials).

Please send lithium-ion and lithium-metal batteries with the relevant health and safety label clearly attached to the package.

Please note that any product returned for reasons of 'Customer Error' will incur a processing charge of 20%.
